The Razzies were canceled due to the Coronavirus, but not even the epidemic could save these movies from “winning” the 2020 Golden Raspberry Awards, which chooses the worst movies and actors of the year.

The “top” spot was taken by Cats which took home six awards including worst picture, worst screenplay, worst director for Tom Hooper, worst supporting actor for James Corden, worst supporting actress for Rebel Wilson and worst screen combo for Any Two Half-Feline/Half-Human Hairballs.

The second place went to Rambo: last Blood which took home two Razzies: worst remake, rip-off or sequel, and worst reckless disregard for human life and public property. John Travolta and Hilary Duff also took top acting honors and Eddie Murphy took the only positive award: the redeemer award for his performance in Dolemite Is My Name.

Below you can see the what is referred to as the “lock-down edition” of the ceremony that replaced what the organizers planned to be according to them “a really humongous show — complete with an opening parody number, sketches, ‘Celebrity Presenters’ and the Whole Balla Wax — eventually to be beamed out to the entire world”.
