The Good Fight put streaming service CBS All Access on the map when it started airing back in 2017, and they’re not letting it go anytime soon. Critically claimed legal drama is officially getting Season 4.

Julie McNamara, executive vice president of original content at CBS All Access, described this show as a “flagship original series for the service”. In an official press release announcing its renewal, McNamara said she “can’t wait to see where these indelible characters go next”.

The Good Fight is a spin-off of Golden Globe-winning series The Good Wife. It started airing only a year after the original show wrapped up, and gave Christine Baranski’s character Diane Lockhart a chance to shine.

The new show centers on Lockhart’s downfall and epic comeback after she lost all of her life savings and had to start her career from starch at a new law firm. The Good Fight has been nominated for several accolades, including two Emmys and four Critics’ Choice TV Awards.
