Big Brother: Celebrity Edition has been renewed for a third season and it will premiere in February 2022.

The reality show will be hosted by Julie Chen Moonves and it will feature a celebrity cast living together in the Big Brother house where they are filmed 24/7 and they compete for a prize. There are 94 HD cameras and 113 microphones in the house.

The cast hasn’t been announced yet and neither has the amount of the prize money or if it will go to the celebrity who wins or a charity they choose.

In the second season, which took place in 2018, the prize was $500,000, but this most recent season of Big Brother upped the money to $750,000.

The first season featured celebrities including Omarosa Manigault Newman, Mark McGrath, and Shannon Elizabeth with Marissa Jaret Winokur and Season 2 had Anthony Scaramucci, Dina Lohan, Tom Green, and Ryan Lochte with Tamar Braxton winning.

The show is produced by Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan.

Season 23 of Big Brother is currently on air.
