The creators of Bob’s Burgers are taking on New York.
The trailer for Central Park features a musical tribute to the Manhattan landmark, but things quickly take a turn when a wealthy business lady has plans for the “patch of dirt and weeds.”
Central Park will tell the story of a family of caretakers who live and work in the park and end up saving it from Betsy the business lady (Stanley Tucci) who wears a dog in a baby carrier around her chest and wishes to “do the biggest real estate deal in the history of the world.”
The star-studded cast includes Kristen Bell (The Good Place), Tituss Burgess (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Daveed Diggs (Hamilton), Kathryn Hahn (Bad Moms), Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton), and Josh Gad (Frozen).
The series was landed by AppleTV+ over a year ago and it’s already been given a two-series, 26-episode straight-to-series order.
