Disney’s D23 Expo is coming our way next month and the studio just announced the new class of Disney Legends. Kristen Bell, Chadwick Boseman, Anthony Anderson, and Idina Menzel have been announced as the recipients of the Disney Legends Award.

This award is given to individuals who have made an extraordinary contribution to the Disney legacy, and the list of winners will also include Rob’t Coltrin, Patrick Dempsey, Robert Price “Bob” Foster, Jonathan Groff, Don Hahn, Josh Gad, Doris Hardoon, Chris Montan, Ellen Pompeo, and Tracee Ellis Ross.

The Disney Legends Awards has been introduced in 1987, and it’s been given to 304 individuals, including this year’s honorees. The list of previous recipients includes Tim Allen, Julie Andrews, Robin Williams, George Lucas, Betty White, Steve Martin, Robert Downey Jr., and many more.

Disney’s D23 Expo is taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, and it will help kick off Walt Disney Company’s 100th-anniversary celebration in 2023.

“For nearly a century, Disney has been entertaining and inspiring people around the world. I can’t wait to give fans a first look at what we have in store for our hundredth anniversary, and how we’re using this occasion to celebrate all the fans and families who have welcomed Disney into their lives,” said Disney’s CEO Bob Chapek in a statement.
