We’ve been holding onto our tissues all day because one of our favourite Hollywood couples has decided to part ways.
Magic Mike actor, Channing Tatum, and Supergirl actress, Jenna Dewan, have called it quits. The couple first met on the set of Step Up in 2006. They began dating shortly after and tied the knot in 2009.
On Monday night, the couple took to social media and shared a joint statement confirming their separation.

The statement disputed rumours of any “salacious” events causing the split, saying instead that they remain best friends whose romantic relationship has run its course.
The pair are parents to 4-year-old daughter, Everly, to whom they have vowed to continue being “loving, dedicated parents.”
Jenna has been candid about their relationship telling Health magazine in February that she doesn’t get why people think her marriage is “perfect.” “We’re not perfect! Are you kidding? We fight like other couples, we disagree about things, we have days where we don’t really like each other.”
