If you thought that awards season has ended with the Oscars, think again. The ceremony for iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 just wrapped up on Sunday, celebrating the best of music that ruled the iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and iHeartRadio digital music platform in the past year. Hosted by DJ Khaled and Hailey Baldwin, the ceremony was held at The Forum in Inglewood, with Shaun White, G-Eazy, Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Pharrell Williams being among the presenters.
Ed Sheeran emerged as the big winner, collecting four awards including those for Male Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. Luis Fonsi also had a good night, winning the Latin Artist of the Year and Latin Song of the Year for “Despacito” awards.
Besides finding out which artists were the most accomplished in 2017,iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 also brought us great performances from Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Bon Jovi, N.E.R.D., Camila Cabello, Cardi B, and the Backstreet Boys among others.
