Lana Del Rey just covered Ariana Grande’s “Break up with your girlfriend, I’m bored.”
During her appearance on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, Del Rey treated fans to a cover of Ariana Grande. She did not play around with the track but gave a pretty spot-on rendition of Grande’s recording.
“I thought about sending her a screenshot of a list of preferred covers I was sent, which had about seven of her songs on it, so she wouldn’t just think I was a mega-fan,” Del Rey told host Clara Amfo.

Elsewhere in the set, Del Rey performed her cover of Sublime’s “Doin’ Time”. which appears on her latest album Norman F***ing Rockwell. Her version is also true to the original and she keeps all the pronouns the same.
