Ciara is an African Queen and she has the moves to prove it.
The “Dance Like We’re Making Love” singer was recently on a trip to South Africa with her husband, football quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, Russell Wilson.
Whilst visiting Johannesburg and Cape Town (where the recording artist decided to do Drake’s #InYourFeelings Challenge), Ciara also decided to stop by Soweto where she filmed the video for her latest single, Freak Me.
The 32-year-old headed to the township’s most famous street — Vilakazi Street — which played home to two Nobel Prize Laureates, Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and is the only street worldwide to have housed 2 winners.
Ciara broke it down in the traditional South African street-dance style, Gwara Gwara, thanks to a local choreographer.
