Um, Coldplay, is that you?

The band behind classics such as Yellow, Sky Full of Stars, and Something Just Like This has released a new song.

Except, it is not by Coldplay.

Chris Martin’s group has unveiled a new track called E-Lo under the name Los Unidades.

Translated from Spanish as “The Units”, the legal trademark agreement lists the owners of Los Unidades as Chris Martin, Jon Buckland, Will Champion, and Guy Berryman.

The new song was announced via the band’s record label Parlophone and also features Pharrell and Jozzy.

E-Lo, which has an African feel, has been released as part of the Global Citizen EP 1 which aims to end extreme poverty by 2030 ahead of the Global Citizen concert which will be held in South Africa on the 2nd of December.

Ola, Los Unidades!
