It’s official! Coldplay is releasing a new album before the year closes.
New music is en route from the group, which has been largely off the radar for the past few months. The new double album called Everyday Life drops November 22. The LP will include two halves called Sunrise and Sunset.
Postcards sent to fans included that following message:
dear friends, my typing isn’t very good, i’m sorry
i and we hope wherever you are you’re ok
for the last 100 years or thereabouts we have been working on a thing called Everyday Life
in the classifieds you might write “double album for sale, one very careful owner”
one half is called “sunrise,” the other “sunset”
it comes out 22 november.

Everyday Life will be the band’s eighth album. Last year they released a documentary titled A Head Full of Dreams.
