The cast of the upcoming Batman movies is shaping up to be pretty amazing, and the more we learn about it – the more excited we are. Colin Farrell and Andy Serkis are currently in talks to join this highly-anticipated comic book movie.

Colin Farrell is eyeing the role of Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin, one of the main villains in the upcoming Batman adaptation. Jonah Hill was originally in talks to either play the Riddler or the Penguin but decided to turn the role down.

Andy Serkis is getting ready to follow in the footsteps of Michael Caine and Jeremy Irons, and take on the role of Bruce Wayne’s loyal butler Alfred Pennyworth. This isn’t the only superhero movie he’s involved in right now – the actor is also in charge of directing Venom 2.

The new Batman movie will see Robert Pattinson taking on the role of the Dark Knight, and it’s scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2021. The cast also includes Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, with Matthew McConaughey rumored to join them as Harvey Dent.
