No one would say “No” to doing some hustling alongside Jennifer Lopez, including Crazy Rich Asians’ Constance Wu. The rising star just joined her next project, The Hustlers at Scores, the story of a group of exotic dancers seeking revenge.
This promising drama is an adaptation of Jessica Pressler’s New York Magazine feature of the same name. The Hustlers at Scores tracks the exploits of strip club employees who band together to punish their wealthy, drunk and abusive clients by maxing out their credit cards after they’ve passed out.
Lopez is set to portray the ringleader to the group in this exciting project written and directed Lorene Scafaria. Constance Wu joins her in an unspecified role in her first major big screen project after Crazy Rich Asians.
Wu can currently be seen on Fresh Off the Boat, the sitcom that put her on the map and brought her a Critics Choice Award nomination for best actress in a comedy series.
