Danny Boyle Pulls Out of Next “Bond” Film

Danny Boyle has aborted his latest mission.

The Slumdog Millionaire director was scheduled to helm the forthcoming James Bond film, Bond 25, but has now pulled out of the project.

The latest development was confirmed by producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli who stated that the decision to leave the film was Boyle’s own and was based upon creative differences.

While the exact “creative differences” have not been divulged, it was reported previously that the Oscar winner was only interested in participating if he could tell the story he created, his way

The final Bond film starring Daniel Craig as the titular secret agent was scheduled to premiere in the U.K. on the 25th of November 2019, with producers likely to be clamoring for a replacement as quickly as possible.
