The latest addition to the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle sequel is Lethal Weapon alum, Danny Glover.

The 72-year-old actor will star opposite return sequel stars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan. News of Glover’s casting follows the news that Danny DeVito also joined the cast and news that Awkwafina is in final negotiations to join the project.

The studio is tight lipped about the sequel’s plot line and character details and it is still unknown what character Glover or DeVito will play.

The Jake Kasdan will return as the sequels director. He also co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner.

The first sequel was a box office success, grossing $404 million domestically and $557 million internationally. Despite tough competition from Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the film made it to the no. 1 spot in its fifth weekend.

The sequel is set in the present day. It followed four high school students transported into the Jumanji video game while in detention together.
