The Dark Knight has definitely been around long enough to see itself become one of the greatest movies of all time.

Just how long?

A whole 10 years!

And to celebrate the milestone, the Christopher Nolan flick will be heading back to theatres so we can figure out why everyone is so serious.

Warner Bros. will be re-releasing the film in IMAX theatres for one week only between the 24th and 30th of July.

The Batman Begins sequel starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Heath Ledger earned over $1 billion worldwide and cemented itself as the highest-grossing film of 2008 and 35th highest of all time.

The blockbuster also received 8 Academy Award nominations and a posthumous Best Supporting Actor Oscar for the late Heath.

Some men just want to watch the world burn — we just want to watch The Dark Knight in all its glory!
