It’s always a pleasure seeing our favorite veteran actors joining forces in a new movie, and Diane Keaton and Jeremy Irons are giving us one we’re really looking forward to with Love, Weddings & Other Disasters.
This female-driven romantic comedy tells the story of wedding planners who are helping loving couples prepare for their big day, despite the fact their own relationships are outlandish, crazy and far from perfect.
Dennis Dugan, whose previous credits include Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore and Grown Ups, will be in charge of directing this project based on his own screenplay. The cast also includes the likes of Diego Boneta, Jesse McCartney and Veronica Ferres, and the shooting should kick off in Boston later this month.
Diane Keaton recently starred in cheerleading comedy Poms, and she’s set to voice a character in animated series Green Eggs and Ham. Jeremy Irons will next be seen in HBO show Watchmen, based on the popular graphic novel of the same name.
