Remember Dido?

The early 2000s were associated with melodies from the English singer whose mellow tracks included Life for Rent, White Flag, and Thank You which Eminem sampled in his famous track, Stan.

In recent years, the 47-year-old has been somewhat quiet, having released her last studio album in 2013.

But Dido is now making a comeback.

Almost 6 years after Girl Who Got Away, the singer is getting ready to release Still On My Mind.

In anticipation for the 5th studio album, Dido has released the debut single, Give You Up which is already getting airplay on radio stations.

The track was was written by Dee Adams and the Australian duo, the Opposite Kids.

“It’s a good break up song, where you’ve been hurt but feel strong. It’s that point in a relationship where you are pulling yourself out of the gutter and deciding that it’s their loss. Which I can totally relate to,” Dido said.

Still On My Mind will be out on March 8, with Dido going on tour in May.
