Disney’s 100th anniversary is just around the corner, and they’re celebrating it in style! The studio’s upcoming film Wish will explore the magical themes that made us fall in love with Disney in the first place, and they dropped a new trailer for this animated fantasy musical ahead of its Thanksgiving release date.

Wish centers on the 17-year-old Asha, a sharp-witted idealist who lives in the magical kingdom of Rosas. After making a wish so powerful that she ends up summoning a little ball of boundless energy called Star, she must use the magic of the stars to put a stop to the ruthless rule of King Magnifico.

The voice cast of Wish initially included Ariana DeBose as Asha, Chris Pine as King Magnifico, and Alan Tudyk as Valentino, but it significantly expanded before the new trailer was released. Angelique Cabral, Victor Garber, Natasha Rothwell, Jennifer Kumiyama, Evan Peters, Harvey Guillén, Ramy Youssef, Niko Vargas, Della Saba, and Jon Rudnitsky will also star.

The Walt Disney Studio is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and Wish is one of the movies they’re using to mark the occasion. It will hit the theatres on November 22, just in time for Thanksgiving, but its Disney+ release date remains a mystery.
