Disney+ gave us several amazing shows set in the Star Wars universe, and another one is on the way. The first trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi sees Ewan McGregor return to his most iconic role, with several familiar faces keeping him company.

The events of Obi-Wan Kenobi are set 10 years after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The series follows the titular Jedi Master as he tries to cope with the downfall and corruption of his friend and apprentice Anakin Skywalker after he turned to the dark side and became Darth Vader.

The Grand Inquisitor (Ruper Friend) will also be one of the series’ main villains, and the trailer features his dramatic voiceover. “The key to hunting Jedi is patience. A Jedi cannot help what they are. Their compassion leaves a trail. The Jedi code is like an itch, he cannot help it.”

McGregor isn’t the only actor returning to his Star Wars role in Obi-Wan Kenobi. The series will also star Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, Joel Edgerton as Owen Lars, and Bonnie Piesse as Beru Lars. Joining the cast are Moses Ingram, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr., and Benny Safdie.

Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere on May 25th, and it will feature a total of six episodes.
