Another popular Disney movie will be getting a series reboot at Disney+.

Jerry Bruckheimer, the producer of the original National Treasure and its sequel, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, told Collider during an interview for his upcoming series Hightown that he’s working on a series based on the National Treasure films which starred Nicholas Cage with Disney +.

“We’re certainly working on one [‘National Treasure’] for streaming and we’re working on one for the big screen,” Bruckheimer said. “Hopefully, they’ll both come together and we’ll bring you another National Treasure, but they’re both very active… The one for Disney+ is a much younger cast. It’s the same concept but a young cast.”

This series will be the latest adaptation of a popular film series for the platform; Disney+ announced that they’re making a reboot of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and Home Alone.

The news of the National Treasure series comes four months after Disney and Bruckheimer announced they were working on National Treasure 3. Although no official casting has been revealed for the film, Bruckheimer said that it would feature the “same cast” which includes Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger, Justin Bartha, Jon Voight, and Harvey Keitel.
