The second season of Doom Patrol has already hit the screens and is doing quite well, but it turns out the Coronavirus epidemic made some damage here also. The season, that was already shorter than the first one, with 10 episodes planned (compared to the first’s 15 episodes), lost the last episode to the Coronavirus shutdown.

The lost hour was revealed by a new cast member, Abigail Shapiro who plays Dorothy Spinner, in an interview with Insider. The actress said the filming was almost over; “There was going to be one more episode and we only had a couple of scenes left, but we never got to finish that episode. So, I don’t know if that episode is ever going to air or anything. I don’t know much about what’s happening,” she said.

It is still unknown whether we’ll get to see the missing episode. In the past, the company has rescheduled Titan’s first season finale and made it into the second season’s premiere.

The series is produced by the architect of the CW’s Arrowverse, Greg Berlanti. Following the Coronavirus shutdown, Berlanti donated 1 million dollars to Hollywood relief efforts—60% of that will go towards the company shows like Doom Patrol, Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash.
