Drake is one of those artists who are working on dozens of things at once, and some of his projects come from the most unexpected of places. His next business endeavor will see him joining forces with the streaming platform Caffeine to make battle rap more accessible.

Drake has always been a huge fan of this underground genre, and he’s hoping this collaboration will put Ultimate Rap League on the map and make it part of the mainstream.

“It’s exciting to be in a position where I’m able to bring Caffeine to the table and help provide URL with the tools they need to elevate the viewing experience and make it more accessible to fans,” said Drake in a statement, while also expressing his admiration for the genre.

It’s also been reported that the Canadian rapper signed a multiyear deal with Caffeine, but it’s unclear at this point what else they have in store for this partnership. This isn’t his first foray into streaming since his Fortnite face-off with famous streamer Ninja accumulated over 600.000 views on Twitch.
