It’s only been a few weeks since Dua Lipa dropped her sophomore album Future Nostalgia, and she’s already plotting its follow-up. The singer recently hinted that she’ll use the free time she has on her hands to think about her next record.
The “New Rules” singer recently discussed her plans with Will Manning on the Official Big Top 40 and revealed she might start working on some new music because her touring schedule has been disrupted.
“I was meant to go on tour at the end of April which got postponed so I probably will start thinking about my third album sooner rather than later. Just because I’ll probably have a bit of time to go to the studio at some point,” explained the singer.
Lipa’s latest album Future Nostalgia hit the shelves on March 27th and was met with critical and commercial success. In addition to becoming her first album to hit no. 1 in the UK, it also reached top five on the Billboard 200 chart in the US.
