Two weeks prior to its premiere, the much-anticipated sci-fi epic Dune has released a final trailer.

Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of Dune follows Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), a young man who’s of royal birth who has visions of upcoming conflict over the planet Arrakis thrusts him into the middle of a war to protect the future of his family and people.

The final trailer has tons of action and battle scenes, spaceship sequences, and sandworms. It also hints at some deaths as well as the possibility of a sequel. Zendaya’s Chani says, “This is only the beginning,” as the trailer ends.

In August, Chamelet hinted at a second installment, saying Zendaya would have a “huge role”, as he revealed to Deadline. And back in September, Villeneuve revealed to Variety that he pitched a two-part adaptation to Frank Herbert’s novel. He also suggested the possibility of a third film.

Dune Part Two has yet to be confirmed and it’s reportedly dependant on the film’s performance at the box office.

The movie also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Starsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem.

Dune will arrive in theaters and HBO Max on October 22. Watch the final trailer below.
