The “Castle on the Hill” singer played two shows in Johannesburg over the weekend and is scheduled to play two more in Cape Town during the week.
In between performing to audiences of 65,000 screaming fans, the 27-year-old decided to lap up some of the local culture and ventured to the cricket on Sunday afternoon.
South Africa is known as a sports-mad country, with the national cricket team, The Proteas, facing off against Sri Lanka at the Wanderers stadium in Johannesburg. Ed was there to enjoy the sunshine and festivities ā all the while wearing a national team shirt!
The Englishman then wore the same shirt while performing on Sunday night.
