The French series Call My Agent! spawned several international versions since its premiere and another one is on the way! Eva Longoria is planning to direct and produce the upcoming Spanish-speaking version of a series about a group of talent agents working with A-list celebrities.

Eva Longoria’s UnbeliEVAble Entertainment is teaming up with Mediawan and Elefantec Global to produce this series. She’ll also direct the first two episodes of the show, shortly after making her feature directorial debut with Flamin’ Hot at SXSW.

Longoria said she’s been a huge fan of the original series since it first premiered, and she can’t wait to bring it to an even larger audience.

“I’m so excited to partner with Mediawan and Elefantec Global to bring one of the greatest properties that gives a witty and satirical look behind the curtain of the entertainment industry for the Spanish-speaking American market,” said Longoria in a statement.

The original version of Call My Agent! (Dix pour cent) premiered on France 2 in 2015 and became an international hit after Netflix picked it up. It depicts the relationship between talent agents and French celebrities, with many famous actors making cameos. The series spawned several international spinoffs in Turkey, the UK, Italy, and beyond.
