Despite playing some of the most popular superheroes ever, Marvel actors sometimes act like a bunch of whiny babies… At least according to their co-star Evangeline Lilly. Ant-Man and the Wasp actress called them out for being divas about their costumes during a hilarious interview.

Lilly is currently promoting Marvel’s latest movie with co-star Paul Rudd, and it seems she’s pulling no punches. Promotional tours should be all fun and games, but the actress used this platform to address sexist costume double-standards.

Lilly slammed her male co-stars for constantly complaining about their suits because they’re not that difficult to wear. At first, she wondered if they gave her most comfortable suit in the MCU, but quickly realized that’s not it. Lilly came to the conclusion her male co-stars don’t have a lot of experience with feeling uncomfortable for the sake of looking good

“They’re just like, ‘What is this? This sucks. Why do I have to go through this?’ Whereas a woman’s like, ‘I don’t know. This is like normal. I wear heels to work. I’m uncomfortable all day.’ You get used to it. You tune it out,” said Lilly during her iconic interview.

It seems fans are on her side since they saluted her by saying “she just ended male actors in 78 seconds”. They probably can’t wait to see Lilly back in that costume when Ant-Man and the Wasp hit the theaters on July 5.
