Phase Five of the MCU is in full swing, and The Marvels is the latest film to hit the theatres as part of Marvel’s latest stage. Its release date is just a few days away, and Disney built up even more hype for this superhero blockbuster by dropping the final trailer.

The final trailer heavily taps into Marvel nostalgia, and it kicks off with archival footage of the Marvel heroes we all know and love—Captain America and Iron Man. As the trailer progresses, we see the main villain Dar-Benn (Zawe Ashton) using a powerful hammer to tear a hole in space and create chaos.

As the trailer progresses, we watch Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), and Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) teaming up to stop her, after their powers have been mysteriously linked to each other, forcing them to switch places.

The Marvels is a direct sequel to Captain Marvel and an extension of Disney+ shows WandaVision and Ms. Marvel. It had its world premiere in Las Vegas on November 7, ahead of its theatrical release on November 10. According to Deadline’s recent report, The Marvels is expected to make a $140 million global start, with $60 million earned domestically and $80 million overseas.
