First Look at Kate & William in Season 6 of “The Crown” is Here

The Crown is slowly nearing the present day and the upcoming final season will feature one couple we’re all familiar with. The first look at Prince William and Kate Middleton in the upcoming season of the royal drama teases the beginning of the end of the Netflix hit show.

William and Kate will be played by newcomers Ed McVey and Meg Bellamy in Season 6 and here’s what we can expect from the next chapter of this story, per Netflix’s official logline:

“As The Crown enters a new decade, Prince William starts at University in St Andrew’s… Also beginning life as a University student, is Kate Middleton from Berkshire. As the pair meet for the first time on campus, a new romance and a new future for The Crown begins.”

Season 6 will also mark the return of Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, and Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker Bowles. Luther Ford is joining the cast as Prince Harry, taking over from Flynn Edwards.

Season 6 of The Crown will mark the show’s last chapter and the final 10 episodes will most likely premiere later this year.
