The first two seasons of Ted Lasso made us believe we’re all capable of greatness, and Season 3 will soon do the same. The first teaser trailer for the next chapter of Ted Lasso’s story is here, and it revealed the premiere date of the show’s third season.

The Season 3 teaser did a great job of making us excited for new episodes without revealing too much of the plot. The short clip shows several characters writing down Ted Lasso’s signature “believe” mantra on a piece of paper in their own style and taping it on the doors of their lockers.

The trailer sees Jason Sudeikis return as our favorite fish-out-of-water soccer coach Ted Lasso, and he’s joined by Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, Juno Temple, Toheeb Jimoh, Kola Bokinn, and Cristo Fernández.

There’s one key character whose absence lingers in the air during the Season 3 trailer: Nathan Shelley, played by Nick Mohammed. He left AFC Richmond to join their old owner at West Ham United, and his betrayal will be one of the main plot points of the upcoming season.

Season 3 of Ted Lasso will feature a total of 12 episodes, set to premiere weekly on Apple TV+ following the premiere on March 15.
