Everyone was hoping Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield would star in a movie together after seeing them present at the Oscars, and they’re making it happen! The Oscar-nominated duo found their next project in a StudioCanal love story We Live in Time.

The film is based on Nick Payne’s script, and John Crowley is coming on board as a director. We Live in Time has been described as a funny, deeply moving, and immersive love story, but plot details are still being kept under wraps.

StudioCanal and Sunny March are producing the project, with Leah Clarke, Adam Ackland, and Guy Heeley serving as producers, while Benedict Cumberbatch will be credited as executive producer.

Pugh led the psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling and period drama The Wonder last year, and she adds We Live in Time to her already busy schedule. We’ll soon get to see her in Zach Braff’s A Good Person and she’ll later appear in two of the most anticipated films of the year—Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two.

As for Garfield, he’s fresh off the success of his Oscar-nominated turn in Tick…Tick…Boom! and his Emmy-nominated performance in Under the Banner of Heaven, which marked his first major television role.
