Fans of the beloved 90s sitcom Friends spent years waiting for the cast to reunite, and that moment is finally here. TV special Friends: The Reunion is coming to HBO Max this month, and the first full trailer for this highly-anticipated project is as nostalgic as it gets.
The trailer shows the six original cast members—Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer—returning to the sitcom’s iconic original soundstage Stage 24.
They gather together on a recreated set that features some of the most iconic locations from the original show. The first footage from the reunion special shows them playing a round of trivia games, doing a table read of “The One Where Everybody Finds Out”, and being interviewed by James Corden.
Corden is only one of many A-list celebrities set to make an appearance in Friends: The Reunion. David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Mindy Kaling, Tom Selleck, Maggie Wheeler, and Reese Witherspoon are among the stars making a cameo.
Friends: The Reunion is set to premiere on May 27th on HBO Max, and it will mark the one-year anniversary of this streaming service.
