Mayans M.C. is coming back for its fifth and final season this spring, and FX just gave us a taste of things to come. The first teaser trailer gives us a sneak peek at the beginning of the end of the beloved Sons of Anarchy spinoff series.
Mayans M.C. centers on Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes, who leads the Mayans M.C. charter on the Cali/Mexi border. As the series progressed, we watched him rise through the ranks, and eventually lead his brother Angel and the Santo Padre M.C. in a bloody war against their rival Sons of Anarchy, which eventually caused a rift between the duo.
Mayans M.C. is led by J. D. Pardo and Clayton Cardenas, with JR Bourne, Danny Pino, Carla Baratta, Michael Irby, Emilio Rivera, Sarah Bolger, Frankie Loyal, Joseph Lucero, Vincent Vargas, Gino Vento, Emily Tosta, and Vanessa Giselle in supporting roles.
Mayans M.C. was created by Kurt Sutter and Elgin James and it premiered on FX in 2018. It was met with positive critical reception over the course of the first four seasons.
The fifth and final season will premiere on FX on May 24, with new episodes streaming on Hulu the next day. The premiere will include the first two episodes, with the remaining eight episodes airing weekly.
