There’s a been a lot of speculations surrounding Gina Rodriguez and her engagement to Joe LoCicero. The cat is finally out of the beg, since Jane The Virgin star confirmed they’re getting ready to tie the knot.
The young couple met on the set of the hit CW show in 2016 after her fiancé had a guest starring role as a Don Quixote stripper. Jane Gloriana Villanueva wasn’t impressed by his performance, but the actress playing her felt a little bit differently. The two started dating six months later, after bumping into each other at the gym.
Rodriguez sparked engagement rumors earlier this month when she posted a cryptic photo wearing what seems to be an engagement ring. She stayed silent for over a week but finally confirmed the rumors are true in an interview with Us Weekly.
“I have a very, very special man in my life. I am engaged. You’re the first people that I’ve told. I am marrying a man that is incredible and loving and understanding and kind and patient. I’m marrying a really incredible human being. That what it is. I met a human that like, knows he’s a human.” said Gina Rodriguez about her new fiancé.
