Amazon Prime viewers apparently can’t get enough of Billy Bob Thornton. His series Goliath is still going strong and the network just announced it will be coming back for Season 3!
This legal drama tells the tale of a disgraced lawyer Billy McBride, who’s seeking redemption after being expelled from the firm he founded. Bob Thornton’s portrayal of this flawed character was met with positive reception and he even won a Golden Globe for his performance.
The cast of the upcoming season will be more impressive than ever, and it will include the likes of Dennis Quaid, Amy Brenneman, and Beau Bridges. Vernon Sanders, co-head of television at Amazon Studios said they’re very excited to bring this show back since fans can’t wait to see where Billy McBride goes next.
“Our Prime Video customers loved the first two seasons of Goliath, and I’m excited we can bring them a new season of this sharp and surprising legal drama. We have an incredible array of stars joining Billy Bob and the Goliath cast, and fans will be thrilled to see what’s in store for Season Three,” said Sanders.
