Grace and Frankie have been our favorite TV duo since 2015, and it seems that’s not going to change any time soon. Netflix just renewed this hit comedy series for Season 6.
Grace And Frankie follows two women whose lives are turned upside down when their husbands decide to leave them because they’re in love. Despite their many differences, the two women somehow manage to find comfort in each other and form an unusual friendship.
This series stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, whose careers blossomed again after they accepted the titular roles. Hollywood usually isn’t kind to actors their age, and Fonda said she really enjoys having a regular job at the age of 81 – especially since she gets to do it with Tomlin.
“I keep pinching myself. I just love having a steady job—going through those studio gates every day is so great… I feel guilty that it is so much fun. I am having so much fun that it is hard to even call it work. I love Lily. I deeply admire her. I go to work every day with a genius,” said Fonda.
