And while the divorced country musician admits that his friends were shocked that he managed to get a girl like Gwen, he recently told Willie Geist on Sunday TODAY that he is open to the idea of marriage…
“Look, you gotta keep taking a stab at life. You know? And I don’t know if I will, but of course I would (get married again). I’m not afraid. Bring it on.”
Now the Make Me Like You singer is doing some gushing of her own.
Whilst discussing her Vegas residency which began on June 27th, the 48-year-old told Good Morning America, “He’s my homeboy. He’s my homey. He’s just really an amazing all-around human so I feel so grateful for that. I celebrate him in the show, He’s inspired me so much. He’s changed my life. I was like, ‘You changed my show, you changed my life.’ Such an inspiration.”
