Halsey’s epic verse from “Die For Me” was one of the biggest shockers of Post Malone’s hit album Hollywood’s Bleeding and its new version is on the way. Halsey recently announced she’s ready to surprise her fans with a long-awaited solo version of “Die For Me”.

“Die For Me” was originally released in 2019, as one of the songs from Malone’s third studio album Hollywood’s Bleeding. It also featured Future and became quite a hit among Halsey’s fans despite never being released as one of the singles from this chart-topping, Grammy-nominated album.

When “Die For Me” was originally released, Post Malone described it as a song for anyone who has been with an adulterating spouse or in a bad relationship, adding it’s a good reminder that you’re not alone and that things get better.

Halsey will release her solo version this Friday, and she thanked Post Malone, Louis Bell, and Future for having her on the original release and co-signing this version finally seeing daylight.

“It’s been long known in my fanbase that there’s a demo of ‘Die For Me’ with just me on it. I performed my verse on the tour all summer long and since so many people have asked for it, I decided to put my full version out as ‘Die 4 Me,’” wrote Halsey on social media.
