Just when we thought HBO Max’s cancelation streak came to an end, they pulled the plug on two more beloved shows. The streamer announced that Titans and Doom Patrol are both coming to an end after four seasons.

HBO Max announced that both DC Universe shows are wrapping up and expressed gratitude to the creative team behind both series, including Titans showrunner Greg Walker and Doom Patrol showrunner Jeremy Carver.

“While these will be the final seasons of Titans and Doom Patrol, we are very proud of these series and excited for fans to see their climactic ending. We are grateful to Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television for making such thrilling, action-packed, heartfelt series,” reads a statement by an HBO Max spokesperson.

Titans originally premiered in 2018 on DC Universe, before moving to HBO Max for its third and fourth seasons. It centered on a group of young superheroes known as Teen Titans and starred Ryan Potter, Teagan Croft, Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Curran Walters, and Conor Leslie.

Doom Patrol arrived at DC Universe in 2019 and found a new home at HBO Max during its second season. Its cast included Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, Matt Bomer, Brendan Fraser, and Timothy Dalton as the members of the eponymous Doom Patrol.
