After weeks of waiting, another teaser trailer for American Horror Story: 1984 is here.
Following FX Network’s reveal of the characters from the forthcoming installment of the acclaimed horror franchise, a new teaser trailer finally reveals the backdrop and villains of the season nine.
The clip that was dropped Monday follows a group of blissfully ignorant campers excitedly arriving at the camp. Unaware that the opposite side of the camp’s signs reads “Beware,” they in true ‘80s slasher movie fashion, have to face a knife-wielding psycho killer hiding under the tailpipes and lurking around in the lake.
While franchise stars Emma Roberts Matthew Morrison, Billie Lourd, Cody Fern, Leslie Grossman, Angelica Ross, and Gus Kenworthy aren’t featured in the clip, you can see them in character in the previously released promo.
American Horror Story: 1984 premieres September 18 on FX.
