Hulu really killed it with Only Murders in the Building and they’re not letting go of it anytime soon. The murder mysteries at the Arconia will keep unraveling since Hulu just renewed this critically acclaimed crime comedy for Season 3.
The first season of Only Murders in the Building centered on a trio of true-crime podcast enthusiasts coming together to solve a mysterious murder at their apartment building on the Upper West Side. Season 2 takes a similar approach with one major twist—they’re now the main suspects in a shocking murder.
Only Murders in the Building stars Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez in leading roles. The supporting cast of Season 2 includes Cara Delevingne, Amy Schumer, Tina Fey, and Michael Rapaport, while Aaron Dominguez and Amy Ryan starred in Season 1.
Craig Erwich, president of Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment, praised the series for its appeal across generations with “the intersection of humor and heart” and said they’re excited to bring it back for another round.
“Only Murders in the Building is the true crown jewel of our slate… We are grateful to be able to continue telling the stories of Charles, Oliver and Mabel to viewers that have consistently shown us they crave more of this story,” said Erwich in a statement.
