The upcoming horror movie Cuckoo has just announced an all-star cast. Hunter Schafer, John Malkovich, and Gemma Chan will be starring in the film.
Tilman Singer will be writing and directing the film. Ken Kao, Josh Rosenbaum, Markus Halberschmidt, Maria Tsigka, and Thor Bradwell serve as producers.
Also joining the cast are Sofia Boutella, Jan Bluthardt, Zita Hanrot, and Proschat Madani.
Schafer is known for her role in Euphoria, which she stars alongside Zendaya. Malkovich has more than 70 film credits and he received an Oscar nomination for Places in the Heart and In the Line of Fire. Chan was in Crazy Rich Asians, Captain Marvel, and Eternals.
The film comes from Neon, which distributed Parasite in the U.S. and recently debuted three films at the Cannes Film Festival. Their upcoming films include Flee and Spencer, starring Kristen Stewart.
No details have been revealed about Cuckoo yet, besides that it’s a horror film. Production starts in 2022.
