Guess who’s back, back again. Slim Shady’s back. Tell a friend.

That’s according to producer, S1, anyway.

The man behind Kanye West’s “Power” and “Best Thing I Never Had” by Beyoncé has revealed that he has been working with Eminem in the studio. The Grammy winner put out his tenth studio album, Kamikaze, in 2018, but released a track with Fat Joe called “Lord Above” late last year. While that single caused controversy due to its lyrical references to an age-old feud with Nick Cannon, it did give parched fans a long-awaited taste from the rapper.

Now, S1 has hinted that much more is on the way…

“They’re always real quiet and real secretive,” the former Strange Fruit Project member told HipHop-N-More about Eminem’s team. “But I just know he’s been cutting a lot of records so we’ll see what happens with that.”

We hope we get to find out very soon.
