Fox is adding an intriguing new game show, Cherries Wild, to their slate early next year, and they tabbed the American Pie star Jason Biggs to host it.

According to the network’s announcement, the show is a collaboration between Fox and Pepsi and is inspired by the Cherries Wild soft drink. It will feature contestants engaging in two rounds of pop-culture trivia before spinning a giant slot machine in an effort to win a jackpot prize of $250,000.

Cherries Wild, created by Wes Kauble (Beat Shazam), is set to premiere on February 14th and will be available on Hulu and streaming platform Tubi after its initial run. Deadline reports that the show’s pilot episode has already been filmed.

“With the always-charming Jason Biggs at the helm, Cherries Wild is a refreshing twist on the classic trivia game show,” a press release by the network reads.

This will be a continuation of an already fruitful relationship between Jason Biggs and Fox. Biggs starred as the lead alongside Maggie Lawson in Fox’s sitcom Outmatched while also serving as a guest judge on the network’s reality singing competition The Masked Singer.

Biggs’ most recent big-screen works include appearing as himself in the comedy Jay and Silent Bob Reboot and starring in 2018’s satire Dear Dictator.
