Post Malone recently ventured into acting, making a cameo appearance in Guy Ritchie’s newest flick Wrath Of Man. It appears that the “White Iverson” rapper did a good job, as he received praise from the movie’s star Jason Statham.

In the feature, Malone portrays one of the bad guys who ends up being terminated by Statham’s character.

Speaking with USA Today, Statham said that Malone approached his role with contagious enthusiasm. “I got sucked into that enthusiasm and he did a great job,” said Statham. “It’s just a shame that it was a short moment together.”

Statham also revealed that Malone made him an offer to make a record together, but he turned down the opportunity. “He invited me to come make a record. I quickly relieved him of that bad choice.”

Post Malone managed to land a cameo in Wrath Of Man after reaching out to director Guy Ritchie. This was his second appearance on the big screen, following a supporting role in Peter Berg’s 2020 action comedy Spenser Confidential.

Wrath Of Man received positive reviews from the critics, being described as a “fun, action-packed ride.” It is also trending towards being a commercial success, having earned more than $25 million at the box office.
