Jon Hamm’s TV resume is as impressive as it gets, and he just landed a lead role in another promising series. The Mad Men star will lead Jonathan Tropper’s upcoming Apple TV+ drama series Your Friends and Neighbors.

Hamm will play a recently divorced hedge fund manager, whose life takes a wild turn after he loses his high-profile job. He starts stealing from the wealthy residents in his upstate New York suburb, but his petty crimes end up catching up with him after he breaks into the wrong house at the wrong time.

Your Friends and Neighbors is the latest series developed as a part of Tropper’s overall deal with Apple TV+. He previously served as the showrunner of the streamer’s sci-fi series See starring Jason Momoa, and will executive produce this series alongside Hamm and Connie Tavel.

Your Friends and Neighbors marks Hamm’s second collaboration with Apple TV+, following The Morning Show earlier this year. He portrayed a shady tech billionaire Paul Marks in the third season of this acclaimed drama alongside Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

Hamm also played one of the key roles in Good Omens and Fargo throughout 2023, and will next appear in the musical remake of Mean Girls in January.
