Netflix released a teaser for its upcoming superhero drama Jupiter’s Legacy—a series based on Mark Miller and Frank Quitely’s comic book series of the same name.
The first look teaser shows cast photos and how the comics have been adapted to the screen. All of the main characters are shown in the clip including Sheldon Sampson (Josh Duhamel), Grace Sampson/Lady Liberty (Leslie Bibb), Walter Sampson/Brainwave (Ben Daniels), and Sheldon and Grace’s children, Brandon (Andrew Horton), Blackstar (Tyler Mane), and Chloe Sampson (Elena Kampouris).
The show will center around the next generation of superheroes and supervillains, trying to prove their worth and deal with the pressures of living up to their parents’ legacies.
Jupiter’s Legacy joins Netflix’s library of sci-fi and fantasy comic and book adaptations which includes The Umbrella Academy and the upcoming Shadow and Bone.
The series premiers on May 7.
