Kate Hudson’s most recent Instagram post has a very significant set of numbers.
The Marshall actress posted the digits 10-2-18 on her account amidst a pink background — to signify the birth of her new baby!
That’s right, Kate is finally a momma to a little girl.
The 39-year-old already has 2 sons from 2 previous relationships: 14-year-old Ryder Robinson from her marriage to The Black Crowes frontman, Chris Robinson; and 7-year-old Bingham Bellamy from her relationship with Muse frontman, Matt Bellamy.
Kate announced in April that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.
The couple has now welcomed their daughter whom they have named Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa.
“We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa,” Kate explained. “Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor.”
Rani’s grandma, Goldie Hawn, commented on the Instagram post, saying, “My heart is bursting with emotion. She’s our little rosebud of joy. Kate you are a champion! My God the blessings you have given us.”
