Katherine Heigl is currently pretty busy filming Suits, but she still manages to find time for new projects every once in a while. The Golden Globe nominee has just been cast in the psychological thriller I Saw a Man with Yellow Eyes.

This intriguing project tells the story of a teenage girl living with schizophrenia who’s constantly struggling with vivid and terrifying hallucinations. The film also stars Harry Connick Jr. and Madison Iseman, and it will be directed by Castille Landon.

Katherine Heigl said she’s honored and privileged to be a part of this unique and thought-provoking project, which caught her eye from the very first moment she read the script.

“Not only am I proud to be collaborating with a talented female director, a beautiful and talented young actress, and one of my all-time favorite male leads, but I get to be a part of telling a story that touches on themes I believe to be incredibly relevant and meaningful like mental illness, tragedy, grief, unconditional love and hope,” said Heigl in an official statement.
